1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to buy from this store. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and availability

We do our best to display colours, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and product photography is illustrative. Product images are digitally rendered brand imagery and may differ slightly from the item you receive in packaging details. All products are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include all applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise. Import duties are not included - see our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout; your order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders and cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example in case of suspected fraud, a payment that cannot be verified, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, you are refunded in full. You can cancel your own order free of charge until it enters processing, in practice within 12 hours of purchase.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery, tracking and customs are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 24-month warranty are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Safe use of the product

Aromante is a home fragrance device for indoor use only. To use it safely:

  • Charge it for at least 2 hours before first use, and only with a 5 V / 1 A adapter. A more powerful adapter can permanently damage the device.
  • Always mount and use it upright, away from open flames and heat sources.
  • Keep the device and the scent bottles out of reach of children and pets.
  • Fragrance oils are not for ingestion or skin application. If swallowed, seek medical advice.
  • Ventilate the room if you are sensitive to fragrance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Use only original Aromante refills - other liquids can clog or damage the atomiser and void the warranty.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store - text, imagery, logos, layout and code - belongs to BUBBLE SCALING LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and publish them in connection with the brand. You are responsible for what you send, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe anyone else's rights.

9. Accuracy and availability of the site

We may correct errors, update information or change the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access; the store may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
